HelpDesk and remote assistance

Our fully equipped call centre operates continuously 24/7/365..

We carry out mass services of the first line of contact: Contact Centre (receiving, directing, coordination, supervision of implementation, reporting of the service level).

We provide advanced services of remote technical and advisory assistance for users (support for IT issues and substantive support in the implementation of business processes, remote troubleshooting and faults solution).

We remotely manage and administer a customer's infrastructure (servers, PC infrastructure, peripherals, network infrastructure, mobile infrastructure).

We use the advanced HelpDesk application, which, upon request, is available to our customers or integrates with their reporting solutions.

On-site service

We have the competence and experience to provide effective maintenance, management and service of IT infrastructure around the clock, with a guaranteed failure date within 4-6 hours of failure reporting across Poland.

Our service technicians reside in customer locations or commute from one of 16 Service Centres in the country. Within a part of the Service Centres, the replacement equipment warehouses are also available.

We are distinguished by well-developed procedures and tools ensuring high effectiveness of the operation as well as high competencies of the teams:

  • technicians and service engineers have the experience and expertise in the full spectrum of leading IT solutions;
  • project managers are people with over 10-year experience in major projects and roll-out services in Poland, where practical knowledge is confirmed by certificates of PRINCE II.

Private cloud and application hosting

Based on the infrastructure of the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park, we offer a safe, highly accessible and scalable environment for the private cloud.

Private cloud is a dedicated virtualised IT environment. It provides cost effective, safe, tightly controlled and professionally managed space for business applications and our customers' data.

Roll-out and IMAC services

We comprehensively implement the most complex and demanding installations (roll-out) and migration of hardware and software.

We support the processes of investment and development of the network of bank branches, retail outlets and petrol stations.

We have experience in implementing projects requiring over 10 000 installation services per month.

Based on the resources of Klaster participants, we have the experience of mobilising up to 100 technicians in 2-3 weeks.

IT projects and software

Based on the team with many-year experience, we comprehensively implement projects of production and implementation of dedicated IT systems.
